Herbert is a founding Partner of the Firm.  He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts of Judicature in Uganda.  He is a Member of Uganda Law Society (ULS) and East Africa Law Society (EALS). 

He heads the Firm's Department of Litigation and he has vast experience in complex Commercial/Civil Litigation and Arbitration spanning over 17 years.
