Brian is a Partner with Muwema & Mugerwa Advocates. He is  an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts of Judicature in Uganda.  He is a Member of the Uganda Law Society (ULS) and East Africa Law Society (EALS).

Brian is in-charge of the Intellectual Property Division of the Firm comprising of five (5) Lawyers and six (6) Investigators.  Brian has wide experience in Intellectual Property Rights and Litigation.  Prior to Heading the Intellectual Property Division, Brian also obtained valuable experience in Procurement and Tax Law.
